Thomas A. Grossman, through his Professional Law Corporation, operates both a law practice and an alternative dispute resolution service known as Desert ADR.   His offices are centrally located in Rancho Mirage, California, at the corner of Frank Sinatra Drive and Hwy 111.  

Mr. Grossman has been practicing law in the Desert for over 25 years, and has also been a licensed real estate broker for over 25 years.

The law practice handles a variety of business matters, such as forming and advising small business, corporations and partnerships; protecting trade names and trade secrets; drafting all types of contract documents, including leases, buy-sell agreements, and real estate documents;  handling collections; and dealing with employer/employee problems.  Mr. Grossman also handles a variety of  consumer matters such as advising consumers on credit card debt, asset protection and delinquent loans; handling personal injury and insurance cases; drafting simple wills and powers of attorney; and using the Small Claims Court.
